spacious rooms and great pool

room size pool area friendly staff

i found the rooms to be a good size with plenty of space. the pool area was a definite plus, allowing games and fun. the staff i interacted with were good, despite seeming a bit overwhelmed at times (they were working hard!). checking in took a while, but the reception staff did their best.

the hotel is located conveniently with shops nearby. it is easy to walk to the rua da oura in about 15 minutes. the beach is accessible by foot as well, roughly a 30-minute walk.

rooms are serviced every day, maintaining a clean environment. the reception staff is very accommodating and helpful. the poolside bar staff provide excellent service and are very attentive to guests' needs (especially with drink orders).

friendly staff clean pool spacious apartment

The main reception staff member was very friendly. The pool was indeed lovely and clean. The apartment was very spacious and well set up. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was VERY good.

The gym was a bit limited in terms of equipment variety.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

The room was cleaned every day, quite excellent. I found the pool area to have a good atmosphere and ample space. The apartment was spacious and clean. Air conditioning and internet access worked without issues.

There was only one chair on the balcony. The staff was unable to resolve this. I had to purchase an additional chair.
